Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of GOLPHO, including event scorekeeping, memory sharing, recap viewing, and event media exports.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GOLPHO, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Using GOLPHO
GOLPHO is an event engagement platform that allows event guests and hosts to submit, view, export, and save event photos, videos, messages, and scores. You agree to use the service responsibly, for lawful purposes, and in accordance with event settings and host instructions.
3. User Content
Users may submit content such as names, scores, photos, videos, and messages. You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You authorize GOLPHO to host, display, process, and export that content as necessary to provide the event experience.
Event providers and hosts may configure moderation, recap access, gallery visibility, and exports. They may approve, hide, or remove uploaded content based on event settings.
4. Google Photos Export
If a host chooses to connect Google Photos, GOLPHO requests only the append-only permission needed to create a new album and upload approved event photos and videos selected by the host. GOLPHO does not use that connection to browse, read, download, edit, organize, search, or delete the host's existing Google Photos library.
Hosts are responsible for selecting the media they export and for managing or revoking GOLPHO's access through their Google Account permissions.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Do not submit harmful files, attempt to interfere with the service, or misuse event access links.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, events, systems, or data.
6. Intellectual Property
GOLPHO and its software, branding, design, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights in GOLPHO intellectual property are transferred to you. These Terms do not change your ownership of content you submit.
7. Availability
GOLPHO works to provide a reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every upload or export will remain available forever. Features may be updated, paused, or removed when needed for security, stability, or product quality. Event providers remain responsible for operating their events and for their use of participant content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOLPHO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to These Terms
GOLPHO may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date on this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised Terms apply.
