Using GOLPHO
Golpho is an event engagement platform that allows event guests and hosts to upload, view, export, and save event photos, videos, messages, and scores. By using Golpho, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful event-related purposes.
User Content
Users may submit content such as names, scores, photos, videos, and messages. You are responsible for the content you submit and for making sure you have the right to share it.
Event Provider Controls
Event providers and hosts may configure event settings, moderation, recap access, gallery visibility, and exports. Some uploaded content may be hidden, approved, or removed based on those settings.
Exports and Saved Content
Golpho may provide features that let hosts download event memory folders or save selected event media to services such as Google Photos. Exported content may include event photos, videos, messages, and scores, depending on the event and the host's permissions.
Google Photos Connection
If a user chooses to connect Google Photos, Golpho uses that connection only to create albums and upload the event media the user chooses to save. Users remain responsible for reviewing and managing their own Google Account permissions.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Do not submit harmful files, attempt to interfere with the service, or misuse event access links.
Availability and Changes
Golpho works to provide a reliable service, but availability can vary and features may change over time. We may update, improve, pause, or remove features when needed to maintain security, stability, or product quality.
Golpho provides software for event participation and memory sharing, but event providers remain responsible for how they run their events and how they use participant content. Golpho does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all uploads or exports will be available forever.
Golpho may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means the updated Terms apply.
